At 56, NCIS actor Michael Weatherly has recently amazed fans with his noticeably slimmer appearance, having lost an impressive 35 pounds.

His picture met with gushing comments raving about his "radiant" looks and "striking" figure.

One fan posted, "OMG! Looking fabulous! This series is certainly promising!". Another quipped, "What's the secret? You look super handsome now!". And yet another reminisced, "Both, you guys, keep aging beautifully!".

WEIGHT LOSS

Speaking candidly about his weight gain, Michael admitted to People he reached a peak weight of 250 pounds during season one of NCIS.

"There were days, in fact weeks, that I barely fit into my suits, let alone my jeans or trousers", he confessed, admitting his eating habits let him down.

"They always offer pizza and Chinese food on set after working late. It gets really hard", the humble star said.

LIFESTYLE HEALTH

But with a mindset shift, Michael made significant lifestyle changes. For his diet, he avoids processed foods. Cutting back on booze, he adopted a healthier lifestyle.

NCIS COMEBACK

Returning to the world of NCIS for a heartfelt tribute to Ducky earlier this year, he split fans' hearts with his Tony and Ziva comeback. Their off-screen chemistry and romantic pairing remained memorable for fans.

Their temporary exit from the team and offspring, Tali, sparked excitement for the upcoming spin-off, set in Tali's European environment.

In a TikTok Q&A, Michael teased: "It's a full 10 episodes – or a feature-length movie if you like… Limited series term, yes, it's intense. Each episode a reset, far less recap necessary".

He believes this format will amplify characterization and relationships, promising greater depth without resorting to excessive recapping or expositions.

NCIS: Tony & Ziva is scheduled to premier in 2025, reviving fan nostalgia for the beloved actors and their unforgettable roles.
