In November, Call of Duty: Warzone received support for 120 fps on Xbox Series X / S and now it seems about time that Playstation players can also see more frames per second. In the latest update, the developers have baked 120 fps support into the Playstation 4 version of the game as it rolls out to Playstation 5 via backwards compatibility mode.
In order for the game to run at 120 fps, it needs to be tweaked a bit. First, HDMI 2.1 is required, which means you need to have a proper new TV or monitor with such an input. Then, in the PS5’s video settings, you need to set set 120Hz Output to Automatic and Performance Mode in Saved Data and Game / App Settings. After that it should just honk and drive.
