'Chicago PD' Actress Shares Nostalgic Snap With Co-Star From First Day on Set

Tracy Spiridakos delivered the ultimate holiday treat to fans begging the Chicago P.D. star to share more behind-the-scenes photos on social media.

Earlier today, the actress posted a photo of herself from what she believes is one of her first days on set with former co-star Jesse Lee Soffer, who portrayed Detective Jay Halstead for 10 seasons before exiting the show earlier this year.

Spiridakos, 34, smiled big as she leaned in towards Soffer, 38, who appeared to be taking the selfie.

"Okay, you guys asked for a picture of Halstead so here it is!" Spiridakos joked in the caption, calling the photo "an oldie but a goodie."

"I think this was one of my first days on set," the actress revealed, recalling that the photo was snapped outside of the bank where her character, Detective Hailey Upton, makes her first appearance.

Despite Soffer's on-screen departure, the two Chicago P.D. stars have managed to keep their professional relationship alive and well as the actor assumed a new role directing the series for episodes set to air later this season.

Other co-stars and colleagues quickly chimed in on the post, with LaRoyce Hawkins joking, "#StayUpton🤩."

"That was a good day!" exclaimed Will Eichler, director of photography at NBCUniversal.

NBC's Chicago newsroom got in on the nostalgic fun, commenting three heart-eye emojis.

Even though Spiridakos dug through her archive for this one, it seems it wasn't enough to fill fans' hunger for everything Chicago P.D. as a few were quick to ask the actress for more.

"More photos of Spiridakos please!! Those blue eyes are magical!" one Instagram user gushed.

"Tracy, you're a star. 🤩 A new pic would be appreciated, but this is so good too," said someone a little bit saltier.
